Skulls are placed in a beetle tank and allowed to be completely cleaned of debris. Dermestid beetle colony provides a cleaning throughout the entire skull.

Bones are whitened using a liquid peroxide solution to provide a brighter finish. Liquid peroxide prevents bone brittleness. All loose bones (mainly teeth) are secured using superglue. (No extra charge if skull is left a natural color)
